Murrell Winter is the owner of SWAN Retirement Strategies. In his role, he oversees his clients’ investments, assists in investment transactions, communicates with clients to discover their retirement dreams, and helps create short-term and long-term goals in making their dreams into reality. Murrell is also a financial planning professional at The Second Half Team.
Murrell also plays a role in our institutional advisory services. He helps business owners manage company-wide retirement plans, facilitate company-wide meetings, and serve each employee on the individual level.
Murrell has earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Palm Beach Atlantic University and a master’s degree in finance from The University of Tampa. He is married to his high school sweetheart, Kayla, and they live in Sarasota, Florida.

Massimo Teresi is a financial advisor who specializes in retirement planning. He received his bachelor’s degree from Florida Gulf Coast University. Massimo specializes in empathizing with his clients and connecting with them on a personal level.
Massimo takes the time to understand his clients’ financial goals and works with them to develop a customized financial plan that helps them achieve those goals.
Massimo is a fiduciary, which means he puts his clients’ best interests ahead of his own. He believes this is a key element in building strong, lasting, personal relationships with his clients. He works in our Sarasota, Florida, office, the town in which he was born and raised.
